1Who we are

Fugen Studio is a growth agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Fugen Studio. For anything about your data, write to hello@fugenstudio.com.

2What we collect

When you book a free growth audit

The form asks for:

• your name and your business name;
• your WhatsApp number;
• your website or Instagram, if you choose to give it;
• what you want most right now, chosen from a short list;
• your monthly marketing budget, as a range in AED.

To prepare the audit, we also look at public information about your business, such as your website, social media, Google listing, reviews and ads. We may message your business the way a customer would, to see how quickly it replies.

When you use the free scans

For the website scan, we receive the address you enter. Our system opens that page, takes screenshots and has an AI model review them. For the Scroll Test, we receive the video or link you submit, and our system processes it, including the audio, to review it. If you ask for your full report, or create a free Scroll Test account, we also receive your name, business and the contact details you give.

When you try the demo chat

Messages you type into a demo agent are sent to an AI model so it can reply. The demo is for trying the idea, so please don't share personal details in it.

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email

We receive your phone number or email address, your WhatsApp profile name, and the messages and files you send. WhatsApp is run by Meta, which handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We don't use visitor analytics tools.

3How we use it

• To prepare your free growth audit and arrange the meeting.
• To run the free scans and send you the results you ask for.
• To reply to your messages and follow up on your request.
• To deliver work we agree with you, and to invoice for it.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse of the free tools, and keep it working.

We don't sell your data. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking first, and you can say no at any time.

4Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to run the business, and only what each one needs for its job:

• our hosting and storage provider, Google Cloud (Firebase), in Europe;
• our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes scan, Scroll Test and demo chat content to write the review or the reply;
• Cloudflare, which checks that a person, not a bot, is starting a free scan;
• Meta, for messages sent on WhatsApp;
• our email provider, Namecheap, and professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE., including in Europe and the United States, under their own security and data protection commitments. We will also share data if the law requires it.

5How long we keep it

We keep audit and enquiry details, and scan results, only for as long as we need them to reply to you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

6Your rights

Under the UAE's personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and any other law that applies to you, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for a purpose. Email hello@fugenstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days.

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

7Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising cookies. The site keeps a few small notes in your own browser:

• for the current visit only, that you've already seen the opening animation;
• the language you picked for your free scan report;
• if you create a free Scroll Test account, a sign-in key, so you stay signed in on this device.

Cloudflare's check on the free scans may set its own small file to tell people from bots.
