2Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or get into parts of it that aren't meant for you. When you fill in a form, give information that is true and that you are allowed to share.
3What the site tells you
What you read here is general information about how we work, not advice for your business. That is what the free growth audit is for.
- Anything marked "Example" or "Sample" is an illustration of a format or an idea. It is not a result for a real client.
- Every engagement is priced for you. The price that counts is the fixed price in your written proposal.
We work to keep the site accurate, but we can't promise it is always complete or up to date.
4The free tools
The website scan, the Scroll Test, the demo chat and any calculators are automated. Their scores, suggestions and estimates are a starting point, written by software, and they can be wrong. Please check them before acting on them.
Only submit websites, videos and content that you own or have permission to use. To keep the tools free and working for everyone, we may limit how often they can be used.
5Working with us
Booking a free growth audit is a request, not a contract. The audit is free and commits you to nothing. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, the goal we agree, the fixed price and the payment terms. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
6Who owns what
The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Fugen Studio unless we say otherwise. You may share links to it and quote short parts with credit. Work we build for clients belongs to the client, as set out in their agreement.
7Other sites and WhatsApp
The site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and social media. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled as described in our privacy policy.
8Liability
The site and the free tools are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using them or relying on their general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@fugenstudio.com.
